This September, Our Family invites you to the table to share in family meals. Eating is of course important for survival, but is also bound in social connections. When we share meals with others, eating has a greater purpose and has a more profound, positive impact on health.

September is also Better Breakfast Month, so be sure your breakfasts are balanced. From lower sugar Our Family breakfast cereal with milk and fruit to an egg scramble with veggies and whole grain toast, be sure your breakfast meals include a whole grain, a protein food such as eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt, and a fruit and/or veggie!
